Flavours brings French gastronomy to the shores of Iru Fushi—quite literally with the restaurant being overwater. Work your way through all the French classics—from onion soup to beef tartare. The French cooking techniques and secret sauces are all there (think beurre monté, beurre blanc, coulis…) as well as our chef’s twist on the original recipes.
